I still have no idea whether a) you find it useful, b) why you came here and c) whether you want different stuff? I set up the blog mostly for my own amusement but enough people are reading it for me to ask these questions. So please....leave some comments...good or bad...I just want to know! In our daily lives it is far too easy to those who work with and for us for granted. A sincerely given word of praise or recognition can make someone feel wanted and appreciated more than any salary raise or extra benefit ever could. If we want to be true leaderships then we should develop the art of praising others when they do well and of recognizing their efforts.

If one is lucky, a solitary fantasy can totally transform one million realities. - Maya Angelou I've just found this quote.  It's a wonderful expression of one of the privileges of leadership - being a leader can mean that your single intention and desire can profoundly affect many people.  Not all of us can hope to touch a million people but we can play a part in changing many "realities".
